Returns & Complaints – Easy and fast processing

At Din Ventilation we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to return an item or submit a complaint, we have made the process simple.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after receipt of the goods . If you have ordered several items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to do it:

1. Fill out our return and complaint form to register your return.
2. Return the item within 14 days of your notification.
3. Once we have received the item, we will refund the amount within 14 days .

NOTE:

• Specially manufactured goods according to the customer's specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
• You cannot undo this by simply refusing to receive the package.

Return

You can purchase a return label through GLS Denmark.
It can be sent to the nearest parcel shop or directly delivered to your home.
The return label is not refundable.

Unclaimed packages are not automatically considered a cancellation.

Complaint

We offer a 24-month warranty period in accordance with the Danish Sales Act.

If your product has a defect or defect, you have the right to:
✔ Repair
✔ Exchange
✔ Refund (depending on the error)

How to submit a complaint:

1. Fill out our complaint form .
2. Email us pictures or documentation of the error at kontakt@dinventilation.dk
3. We will get back with a solution as soon as possible.

🔹 NOTE: The right of complaint only applies if the product has been installed and maintained by an authorized professional , and documentation is available.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, we will refund the full amount.

The amount will be refunded within 14 days after we have received the goods or documentation of shipment.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method , unless otherwise agreed.

Important conditions for returns

🔹 Item condition:

• The item must be returned unused and in original packaging .
• If the item is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the purchase price corresponding to the depreciation.

🔹 Special items without return rights:

• Custom-made products, e.g. customized dimensions or special colors.

🔹 Unclaimed packages:

• If a package is not picked up and sent back, the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
