Prices

All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices on orders already placed are not affected. Reservations are made for sold-out items, price errors and printing errors.

Payment

Dinventilation accepts the following payment methods:

  • VISA, VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • MobilePay
  • Bank transfer

Payment is only deducted when the item is shipped. Payment by bank transfer must be made in advance. All amounts include VAT.

Delivery

Delivery method:

  • We deliver with PostNord or GLS.

Prices:

  • From 49 DKK incl. VAT.

Delivery time:

  • Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same day.
  • Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.

We only deliver to Denmark and not to the Faroe Islands, Greenland or abroad. Special delivery terms may apply and will be stated at the time of purchase.

Right of complaint

According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year warranty period, which covers defects in material and manufacturing. The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect use, installation or lack of maintenance.

For the complaint to be valid, it must:

  • The product must be installed by an authorized professional, and documentation must be provided.
  • Maintenance must be carried out by an authorized technician at least once a year with an associated service report.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery. Remember to contact us before returning.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day full right of return on items purchased through our webshop.

How to do it:

  1. Contact us at kontakt@dinventilation.dk within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Return the item within 14 days of notification.

Customer's responsibility when returning:

  • The customer bears the costs of return shipping.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Goods manufactured to customer specifications or with a distinct personal touch.
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

Warranty and maintenance

For the warranty to be valid:

  • The product must be installed by an authorized professional, and documentation for this must be provided.
  • Maintenance must be carried out regularly by an authorized technician with an associated service report.

Refund

In case of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded, including standard delivery costs. The amount will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or documentation of shipment.

Limitation of liability

Dinventilation is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of income, operating losses or other financial consequences resulting from the use of our products.

Prices

Payment

Delivery

We deliver to all of Denmark with shipping prices starting at DKK 49. Orders placed before 12 noon are shipped the same day. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days and is made with PostNord or GLS. We do not deliver abroad, the Faroe Islands or Greenland. Special delivery terms may apply to certain items and will be stated specifically at the time of purchase.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty period under the Danish Sales Act, which covers defects in material or manufacturing. The warranty does not apply to incorrect handling or installation of the product. You must file a warranty claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Dinventilation will cover return costs to a reasonable extent, but only if the product has been installed and maintained by an authorized professional.

All products must be installed by an authorized professional for the warranty to be valid , and documentation of this must be provided when making a complaint. Failure to provide documentation may result in the warranty being void.

Refund

When requesting a refund, please include bank information in the form of your registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred.

Right of withdrawal

Delivered goods will not be returned unless there is a written agreement on the right of return. If the right of return has been agreed, the return must be made free of charge to Dinventilation's address. Only unused and undamaged goods in original and intact packaging will be returned.

Warranty and maintenance

For the warranty to apply:

  1. Installation must be carried out by an authorized professional , and documentation of installation must be submitted in the event of a complaint.
  2. Regular maintenance must be performed at least once a year by an authorized technician, who must prepare a service report. Failure to document service may void the warranty.
  3. The warranty only covers product defects, and not damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
